To transfer your ownership of a WhatsApp Federation room to another member:
- Open the WhatsApp app.
- Select the Rooms tab and tap the three dot menu.
- Select Manage members.
- Select the three dot menu to the right of the Participant member.
- Select Assign as new owner.
- Select Confirm.
- Check the ownership has been transferred successfully.
